The Edgemoor Citizens Assocation ("ECA") is the volunteer organization composed of the residents of the Edgemoor neighbohood in Bethesda, along with Bradley Village and parts of Bradley Hills (see "Map" tab for a view of the ECA boundaries). The elected officers of ECA and its members work on a wide variety of activities designed to improve our neighborhood's safety, help guide its development, provide liaison to county and other governmental units and ensure a friendly and welcoming environment for all who live and visit Edgemoor.
