ECA Community Yard Sale

After a several-year hiatus, the Edgemoor Citizens Association’s Neighborhood Yard Sale is returning Saturday, September 20 (rain date Sunday September 21). More than a dozen homes in the greater Edgemoor area of Bethesda will hold individual Yard Sales from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM, with artwork, jewelry, games, books, kitchen wares, sports equipment, electronics, clothing, small furniture, and more.

Shoppers will find a link to a Google map of the locations on this page. The link, WHICH WILL BE POSTED HERE BETWEEN 8:30 and 8:45 AM ON THE DAY OF THE SALE. Shoppers will also be able to pick up a hard copy of the map at the entrance to the Edgemoor Club (7415 Exeter Road, Bethesda, MD 20814), NO EARLIER THAN 8:45 AM ON THE DAY OF THE SALE. The locations of the homes will also be identified by white balloons with red lettering, generously provided by the Jane Fairweather Team of Long and Foster Real Estate.

Most sellers will only accept cash for purchases, although some may take Venmo or Zelle.

If there is a danger of inclement weather, a decision about postponement will be made by Friday evening. If the sale is postponed until Sunday, we’ll post a notice here and on first page of the ECA website (www.edgemoorcitizens.org) on Friday evening by 9:00 PM.
